Meet Jonathan

My journey in construction began at a young age. 

Growing up, my dad—an experienced general contractor—would take me along to job sites on weekends. By the time I was 12, he started assigning me small projects, gradually increasing their complexity as I grew in skill and confidence. At 18, I officially began my carpentry apprenticeship. After completing my certification, I expanded my experience by working in concrete construction. Following an injury that made physically demanding work difficult, I transitioned into other trades, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.

Eventually, my dad—who had acquired Cabin to Castle Property Inspection—encouraged me to consider a new path. I began training under him and, in 2005, officially launched my career as a professional property inspector.

With over 20 years of inspection experience and a solid foundation across multiple trades, I bring a deep, practical understanding of building systems to every inspection.
